Senior Inbound & Customer Retention Marketing Manager (m/f/x)
In your role at appliedAI, you develop a strong understanding of customer problems, products, competition and industry to help us grow by accelerating inbound lead generation and customer retention. You turn our team's data driven content into captivating editorial interaction points along the customer journey to attract a qualified audience. The delivery of your content could be through website, blog posts, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc. You create, manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns along the customer journey by leveraging SEO, website, social, inbound marketing, email campaigns, events (offline and online), etc. to drive customer acquisition and retention You help us to optimize for data driven marketing automation and lead nurturing processes for the target audience through suitable channels along the defined customer journey Together with sales, you establish closed-loop analytics to understand conversion rates of our marketing activities You propose and realize new and improved inbound and retention marketing campaign ideas e.g. ABM strategies You collaborate cross-functionally with Brand-, Product Marketing, the appliedAI Partner Interaction Team and our Asset Teams
University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field ~4+ years of previous experience in customer centric marketing management role (technical B2B environment would a plus) Experience in Inbound and retention Marketing Channels e.g. SEO, Website, Email Marketing, SEM, Social Media, Blogging, Podcasts, Webinars, Events etc. Strong communication skills: You are an open, curious person and teamplayer and your written content (in German and English) influences people through storytelling techniques Willingness to work in a dynamic international environment, where your work directly impacts company results Strong creative thinking paired with an entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset Knowledge in CRAFT CMS and marketing automation (e.g. in Hubspot) would be a plus
