Ihre Aufgaben
Product Marketing Manager within the region is responsible for overseeing the implementation of BL IOS business objectives among the company’s sales, marketing and business development professionals for the EMEA region. Their duties include driving design win funnel, comparing current sales numbers to desired quotas, delegating sales and marketing support tasks among team members and meeting with upper management to discuss their progress.
Identifying and closing new business opportunities and potential markets with expected revenue generation in 1-3 year timeframe
Developing and managing relationships with strategic distribution and ecosystem partners
Driving growth opportunities with strategic OEM and distribution customers
Support scheduled and ad hoc business reporting on design win funnel, sales forecast, markets, and/or current business trends
Represent/present at tradeshows and conferences
Present to internal executive management
Ihre Qualifikationen
2+ years experience in similar product marketing or sales role
4+ years experience in the semiconductor industry with a semiconductor manufacturer
Strong influencing skills to communicate both up and down in matrix organization
International travel experience in EMEA region
Demonstrated ability to successfully present complex technical topics to audiences from engineering to C-level in both public and private forums
Experience in optical or RF semiconductor components, preferred but not required
Fluency in English required- German, French, and/or Italian a plus
Willingness to travel internationally, ~25% time expected
