Work closely with cross-functional teams to pioneer new products and services for the best place: home. Conduct market research to gather first-hand insights and understand emerging customer needs as well as tech and market trends. Help build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders (design agencies, research institutes, hardware/software developer teams, etc.). Support the development and implementation of new business models and revenue streams. Assist with deep-tech screening of emerging and ready-to-use technologies. Ensure effective project management of these activities.

Several years of experience in new business development, business model thinking, or project management. Experience in building & scaling early-stage businesses or founding an own startup is highly welcome. Willingness to travel for workshops, field-studies and partner meetings. A passion for customer research, customer insights and Jobs-to-get-done methodology. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on mentality. Proven project management skills in iterative development projects (ideally new business model build up and scaling). Demonstrated experience in an independent work mode. Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation. Fluent in English and German (oral and written).
