In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of fragrance projects for our Global Account, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and our Your ability to deliver impactful presentations, coordinate commercial and operational activities, and build strong customer relationships will be key to your success.
Project Management:
Take ownership of fragrance projects for our Global Account from kick-off to final presentation. Coordinate internal stakeholders, drive timelines and deliverables, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Presentation & Storytelling:
Lead the creation of compelling project presentations, collaborating with Marketing, Perfumery, and Evaluation teams. Present concepts and fragrances to the client independently or with stakeholders.
Commercial & Operational Coordination:
Support the execution of commercial strategies and monitor progress. Coordinate with administrators for sampling, regulatory, and administrative tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Relationship Management & Communication:
Act as the main technical and operational contact for our Global Account, representing MANE professionally in all customer interactions and meetings. Build and nurture strong relationships, both internally and externally.
Strategic Engagement:
Participate in internal team meetings, customer meetings, and support strategic engagements to drive business growth.
Ihre Qualifikationen
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, consumer research, communication, or design. Commercial education/qualification also considered.
At least five years‘ experience in a commercial or marketing role within FMCG, fragrance, flavour, or related industries.
Proven experience in developing and managing marketing or CI projects, including designing and delivering presentations.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), fluency in German preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, Apple programs (Keynote, Pages, Numbers), CANVA, and image processing tools (e.g., Photoshop).
Affinity for social web/digital media.
Curious, outgoing, creative, and well-organized personality with strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and excellent presentation abilities.
Assertive and confident communicator, able to represent MANE with conviction.
